Jasmine’s classes are fun, challenging, and an all around excellent full body workout. I feel energized and stronger every time. Jasmine gives modifications with each step, and keeps your mind active with compound movements. Highly recommend.

Jasmine brings so much energy and positive vibes to her class. She motivates me through the screen and shows me what my body is capable of. I love that in just 15 mins a day I can already feel the results of her workouts. I feel stronger and little by little my muscles feel tighter. This is a workout that fits my schedule!
