Welcome to JMAC Wellness Industries LLC. By accessing or using our website at jmacwellnessindustries.com, the JMAC Wellness Industries platform, our mobile app, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

01 — Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or class, downloading the app, or otherwise accessing our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

02 — Description of services

JMAC Wellness Industries LLC provides virtual and on-demand fitness content through the online platform, including:

  • Subscription-based access to a library of workout videos and programs
  • Individual video rentals and class bookings
  • A mobile app (iOS and Android) for managing your account and accessing content
  • Live and recorded fitness classes, programs, and wellness resources
  • Online ordering of fitness and wellness goods, for domestic United States shipping

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

03 — Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us promptly at hi@jmacwellnessindustries.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
  • Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

04 — Subscriptions, payments and free trials

Free trial. We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 7 days) for new members. Your trial begins on the date you register. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.


Billing. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.


Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access through that date.


Refunds. All purchases, including video rentals, class bookings, and subscription fees, are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of technical error or extenuating circumstances. Please contact us at hi@jmacwellnessindustries.com to request a review.


Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

05 — Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Share your account or login credentials with others
  • Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the platform
  • Record, screen-capture, or re-stream any classes or videos without written permission
  • Use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform or app

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

06 — Health and fitness disclaimer

The content provided through our Services is for informational and fitness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.
  • You participate in all fitness activities at your own risk.
  • JMAC Wellness Industries LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in our classes or programs.


07 — Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including workout videos, programs, graphics, music, branding, and the names and logos — is owned by or licensed to JMAC Wellness Industries LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal use only. No other rights are granted.

08 — Third-party services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, the app store). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.

09 — Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMAC Wellness Industries LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or financial loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 — Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
